Ratings and reviews

I pay every month to use my phone which includes text messaging. So WHY all of a sudden they got rid of the messages that were ad free and changed it to this app that is loaded with ads. I have to mess with the ads before I can see my text messages and when I want to send a text message. I am very aggravated and now I will be going into T-Mobile because I should not have this for my only option! Get rid of the ads please!

audio is not on the + icon and many saved texts with photos were deleted while transferring to Google. The sent and trash were not a choice of the 3 lines(hamberger) icon when pressed. The text is not color coded as to what you sent and what you received for 1 person. I send a text and it does not display on any sent item. The + icon does not have a subject line. The text has a failed to send in the mornings. It has an ad just to open it up. I can attatch only 3 photos to a text for no failed.

I was forced to switch to this application, and unfortunately it has been a very frustrating experience. Images and links often don't come through correctly, making it difficult to communicate effectively. As a result, I miss too many important messages, which makes the app unreliable and not practical for daily use.
