I don't know why the app simply neglects to register certain items I put in my cart. If I open the app (where I've been signed in before) and start building a cart, it'll eventually ask me to sign in (even though it'll already take me to My Account page without having to "sign in" again?) and when I do, it'll drop everything I've added to my cart and I'll have to start over again. It's like a weird limbo log-in state where the app just refuses to behave as expected. Frustrating user experience.

I get so frustrated with this app cuz it feels like a bait and switch. I find an item through the app that is listed at a certain price, but if I don't check out immediately the price randomly changes within a couple hours. I've contacted support about this, and they just tell me that's not the price they see on that end and imply I'm an idiot. Customer support has been extremely dismissive and doesn't do anything to look into or resolve this issue.

I enjoy going to Costco, but the app leaves a lot to be desired. It's not exactly user-friendly, I find it a little difficult to navigate. One thing I wish it offered was the ability to add Warehouse savings items to a list like you can do on the Flipp app. Now all of a sudden I'm unable to see the Warehouse Savings because it keeps telling me I have to specify my default province. No I don't it's the same as it's always been, I'm looking right at it. Major glitch, aka pain in the derriere! :(
