it's not accepting my phone number from the cashier entering it. I've missed out on 3 visits now because it doesn't update. our stores screens always seem to be. "broken" so we can't put in phone numbers ourselves anymore to even get free drinks. the app should have something they scan so we know for sure it's counted and going to the right account. me and my family shop there daily and are missing out on so many rewards!

Whenever I try to use coupons I receive an error message "Please complete your profile" and it redirects me to log back in even though I'm already logged in and completed my profile. I can still claim prizes through the Rock Paper Scissors game but the odds of winning are dramatically worse than last year and the prizes are even worse on top of that (e.g. Buy one get One instead of an actual completely free item). App was fun while it lasted (when it functioned properly).

before everything went to the app I used to be able to claim my free drinks and store no problem but now I can't claim anything because even though I have completed my profile, several times in fact, it keeps saying that my profile isn't complete and I can't access a bunch of the features..including my free drinks. I get the text message telling me that I can claim it but it still won't let me claim it. Very frustrating!
