This app has issues. For two years they occasionally ask me a verification question. I answer right but they lock me out of my account because "I answered wrong" forcing me to call in. They can't get the answer right but it's my fault. After two years these clowns can't even fix the remember me option on the app! This is the same bank you buzz to get in because they are terrified of the public!

A banking app that works. TOTP support would be great, but nobody offers it.

What on earth happened to this app. It was easy to use, easy to open. Now thanks to some update garbage, I have to log in by visiting 3 pages. It won't let me sign in on the main page as I don't use Biometrics. So I have to go press "join" then "sign in". This is a waste of my time and frustrating as heck! Plus the new look wasn't necessary. "Don't fix what ain't broke"
