Ratings and reviews

Overall it's a decent app, but it can't link to external accounts successfully to set up automatic transfers. That means you have to choose the manual option: fill out form, send form in, receive phone call in 2-5 business days to confirm. C'mon guys, it's 2026. This should be a non-issue.

Love this Credit Union, but I have been a client for nearly 20 years, and I can't even get an overdraft. No DEBIT visa yet is like dinosaur age!

What on earth happened to this app. It was easy to use, easy to open. Now thanks to some update garbage, I have to log in by visiting 3 pages. It won't let me sign in on the main page as I don't use Biometrics. So I have to go press "join" then "sign in". This is a waste of my time and frustrating as heck! Plus the new look wasn't necessary. "Don't fix what ain't broke"
