I was looking forward to signing up and using this as the reviews seemed good. The app does not take you past verification. after it takes your ID photo and scans your face it send you back to putting in an email and then you just stand there hitting continue with nowhere to go. to add insult to injury after a few times hitting continue it proceeds to tell you that you've exceeded the number of times for login. and to try back in an hour. login Where?? spent o'er 5 hours trying and I'm fed up.

seems the stories are true. You cannot sign up on the web and you must use a mobile phone. But the mobile phone app results in a generic error message. Phone reboot, clear cache and data, other checks. retry, same result. Sadly there's no zero rating as it has been a waste of time. there's also said to be no support unless you have an account... ain't that a wonderful example of circular illogic.

Unreasonably greedy. I am a paying customer. I paid for the phone number so that I can keep it without having to keep it alive constantly by texting myself weekly. To my surprise, this is not enough to get rid of the constant bombardment of ads. The fact that they want $40 a month to remove ads is absolutely beyond ludicrous. $40?!?! Never in my life have I come across any app that charges such an absurd amount (especially to an already paying customer!!) just to remove ads!
