I work a very physically demanding job that doesn't pay well. I'm often too tired to cook when I get home, and for a while I had problems with malnutrition as a result of that. I tried other meal options, and their portions were too small and too expensive for the amount of work I put my body through. With Factor, the portions are big and they include a decent amount of protein. I think I'll be sticking with them for a long time, as their meals are actually enough to keep my muscles healthy.

a few of my friends love their food. However, I was given a referral promo code. I tried using the code multiple times yet Factor insisted I was not a new customer. I then cancelled the service and went on with my day. The next day I noticed they charged me full price for a service I had canceled, and I recieved nothing. Absolute atrocious first experice, completely lost me as a customer.

Some buttons just do nothing, and when having an issue with payment I was assured by customer service I'd get my meals, then nothing was delivered. So now I have to make up a meal plan quickly for the next week. This was my first delivery btw, what a nice first impression. If you're able to go hungry for a week then I highly recommend
