Ratings and reviews

Two out of the the tours went perfectly. The "All Access Underground Colosseum Tour..." did not. Myself the rest of the group booked and paid for the tour, months in advance, and were moved to the Arena Area Tour within days of the actual tour. An error within the booking system was noted for the error. This seems unlikely as each of us were from different time slots and put together for the tour. As well, my individual ticket (Canadian) cost as much as 2 tickets purchased in USA. CRAZY

The booking process is great and the activities have all been wonderful. The rating system suck out loud. If you don't complete it fully the first time, it still submits. You cannot fix mistakes or add additional information in case something great happened after the activity completed. I had great experiences and the day after the tour, the guides went above and beyond in several ways. Too bad I can't let everyone know about the amazing extras!!

I had a good time with this app until recently. Its pretty convenient to book activities. Also, has more activities/more variants as compared to other similar apps. But recently i had a bad experiance one of the activity. I still didnt fault the app but the tour provider. So, i wrote a review about my experiance. But it silently disappeared when i checked again. Its a very shady way to deal with negative comments.
