Availability and Medisafe Premium
In the United States, Medisafe is free to download and use, with Medisafe Premium available as an optional subscription.

Outside the United States, Medisafe includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, users must purchase a subscription to continue using the app.

Medisafe Premium includes unlimited medications, unlimited Medfriends, access to more than 20 health measurements, and the choice of a dozen reminder sounds.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account, in accordance with Google Play’s subscription terms and policies.

Update: Bummer, they are forcing a subscription model now as free users will only be able to get reminders for 2 medication. I like the app but after using it for a year or so I find the notifications are too nagging. I wish they added costum snooze right from the notifications. ====== Great app that really helps me organize and remind when to take my medications. Tracking prescription and when refills are needed. The medication information is also useful.

I've used and loved this app for 10 years, and then they started enforcing a subscription for reminders of more than 2 medications. I put up with that for a few months, but I ended up finding another app which allows unlimited medications for free with ads, or the premium add-free which is cheaper than this app by $2. I'll be collecting my data of past medications that this app holds, and then deleting now that I've cancelled my subscription. A real shame.

Medisafe helps me keep track of taking my meds. I can set an alarm to alert me when to take them, how many, and with food or not. Medisafe does a lot more! Some of the things it provides is info on various meds, so I know the side effects, interactions, etc. July 6, 2026 Since my previous message it's still working the same. And yes,in the last couple of yrs, I've had to pay for it. But I still don't have to deal with ads and in ap purchases yet and they are really annoying!
