This app consumes battery life like crazy! 1% for 1 minute of screen time, totally ridiculous. What's even worse is when I try to view events it keeps saying uh oh something went wrong! Good luck if you're being robbed, you won't be able to see anything on your phone most of the time. I don't know how they can even market their systems without thorough testing. Upon further testing it appears that this issue may be isolated on Android 17 devices although not 100% sure.

I don't usually rate apps very often... but this has got to be one of the worst for it's use case. I have had lorex products for a while I'd say 8 years now. I have been through different phones and different internet service qualities. Notifications lag, events barely load especially when you need them, the fancy doorbell that has a mechanical chime has a 30-90second delay. honestly I liked not having subscription but, it seems reliability isn't even there in my own network connecting.

I really think the team at Lorex needs to up their game. their app lately is pretty laggy. Their new apps naming is super confusing and the ringbell camera doesn't even work, takes ages to load when the 1 from 5 time that decides to work. I was going to add more cameras to my system but seriously considering to using a different brand all together.
