Ratings and reviews

Absolute garbage app. I open a video, I watch the video, I pause the video and hit the comments button. So far so good. I tilt my phone the wrong way and the video automatically opens itself back up and starts playing, full screen, audio and everything. So I pause it again and go back to the comments, and the video starts auto playing again, sound and all, in a miniature window at the top of the comments and I have to pause it again. Why? I dearly miss RIF. Reddit can go to hell.

I never leave reviews but this one pissed me off so much. It's not even the app directly, it's that you are forced to use it instead of a web browser on mobile. I want to open multiple tabs, because I like to save posts to read later and not lose track of them. This isn't supported in the app, and now that the web browser locks you out from scrolling after a few seconds. It's useless and stupid and makes me resent having to use the app at all. Truly just making your platform worse for no reason.

Reddit went public and then immediately stopped caring about their platform—it is rife with hateful communities, unmanaged bots, and app glitches... Heck, every time I open the app it is a coinflip as to whether I am still logged in or not. And when it logs you out, it won't let you log back in, then it will randomly log you back in at a later time (sometimes minutes, sometimes days). My usage has gone from daily to a few times a week to now once in a blue moon.
