Everytime my system goes down and I feel like it's alot, it's a nightmare to get all my cameras back online. I have to go and reset each one at a time and it's frustrating as it should be as simple as a reconnect because nothing has changed in terms of wifi or password etc., but that's not the case. love the product, dislike the app due to the constant reconnecting issues

I'm getting overlapping notifications. There is one w/ a preview, but there's one with basic text w/o the preview that over laps with the notification w/ the preview making it hard to expand the preview & that's a problem. now the picture in picture mode keeps breaking. the picture in picture mode activates whenever it wants instead of just live view and when it's not doing that the audio for my camera is still playing on my phone. notification bug is still a problem after several updates

The live picture is clear and motion detection works well. They changed something in the software and now unless you pay for the cloud service you have to manually open the app when someone rings the bell and then click on live view to talk to them. I have outside cameras so don't really need the cloud service and the doorbell used to work fine but now it's very hard to answer before someone leaves. I would not buy this again.
