This game is unplayable. I just started playing the game an hour ago and I'm out of energy to do anything. I watch the ads to gain free energy and it forces you to watch 2 at a time but never gives the energy rewards. It also freezes the game after the ads and you have to restart. Watched the ads again and again no energy rewards and freezes the screen. I hour of game play and I'm already deleting it. It's a joke that they want money. Make the game playable first.

the lagging since mid May 2026 has been terrible. Can barely load the screen and it crashes constantly and never used to. Update: support team offered suggestions of clearing cache, uninstalling and restarting and the lag is still unbearable. There's too many pop ups that cause lag. I just want to play without the constant bombardment of challenges and incentives to buy to get ahead. Just let people play the game!! otherwise, I'm going to use all my energy, gems and then delete my account.

If only we could eliminate the micro transactions, and have just a one time fee to outright buy the game. Have options to buy extras if people wish but beyond that make the game playable without having to purchase things endlessly. I've had the game for 8 years and my character is still only in 5th year! 😅Seriously, you'd get a lot more people and likely more profit if people could playthrough more fluidly.
