Ratings and reviews

First, i wanted an app that could organize multiple trips under one travel itinerary, which this is not able to do. Second, I wanted to delete my account and data: it was easy enough to find instructions. I clicked on the url and it opened in the browser. Oddly, I had to create an account - I had signed into the app using my email). When I tried to delete it, an error message would pop up stating I had made too many attemps. I tried again after about 20 minutes and same message!

Resets at the beginning! Every thing add, view, unlock my phone, or whatever, it resets at the top/beginning of the itinerary. Which means I am scrolling down to the bottom of the itinerary every 2 minutes. For a21 day trip, this is excruciating. Especially when I'm setting it up. I think this is actually adding hours to my planning time. New additions also default to the first event in the itinerary, rather than where you left off. So many glitches.

Love the tool, hate the app. Tripit is great, and I've been using it for ~10 years, both with and without Concur. However, in the last year or so, the Android app has been mostly useless, crashing immediately upon loading. I'd love to see some stability brought back to the app, so I can use it on mobile.
