Ratings and reviews

For anyone reaching out for mental health help for the first time, I do not recommend this app. Clicking on 'Book a counselor' will take you to a booking agent through a chat. They are not trained to deal with distressed individuals. I asked the booking agent to give me a minute, she waited 3 minutes, then typed "You may be busy but I have other clients to speak to" and left the chat. This negative experience led to my anxiety attack shortly afterwards. Call the 1-833 to book an appt instead.

As much as I wanna enjoy the app, there is just nothing useful to me. Some discounts don't stack with existing + better website discounts, and generally nothing relates to my hobbies, lifestyle, location or needs. I know it is probably not easy figuring this stuff out, but I also never really bought anything after a full year other than a tims card from a $50 reward. Keeping my fingers crossed for the new years. Unknown server error for a tims card, website worked fine.

Answer their questionnaire. wait 48 business hours for a response. get response basically saying your answers don't qualify in their system. respond again to that message. Got a response from them after verifying information and was then informed it would be a week before they would match me with a counselor. after already waiting 48 hours for an initial response and saying a counselor will contact you within 48 hours. would give zero stars if I could.
