Ratings and reviews

Good rewards app for this store, but still buggy. Offers sometime don't load due to "technical difficulties" and only works again after a few days..when it works again, it thinks you have used all your offer swaps, which in turn discourages you to shop at store. No email or chat for support, when these bugs happen, only a phone number.

8/20/24 Not happy, the app works great on my old phone but refuses to work on the new phone. I input the login and password and it just resets the login screen, been doing that for about 3 weeks now. 24/09/24. Still not able to log into the app with new phone. All other devices work normally, just new phone only trucks you by doing the login then it refreshes the screen and wow back to the login.

The idea behind creating apps is to make one's life easier or convenient. When you have to fix something that ain't broke, should be the same idea. But if your app keeps crashing, even after having made the updates - youre not making my life easier or convenient. Youre actually annoying me, wasting my time and making me question- why use such a useless app in the first place? And in answer to the robot who keeps repeating the same answer that the app os fixed - as of today, IT IS NOT!
