Ratings and reviews

The buds work fine but I use them individually and the "ambient sound control" being on by default in single mode is frustrating and annoying. It adds extra noise in the only earbud. Opening the app and turning it off takes 20-30 seconds and I have to do it repeatedly because the "feature" TURNS ITSELF BACK ON!!!!! I've owned these for a few months and I want to replace them.

My JBL 520 bt are acting up and it pisses me off so much. I'll start connected to my PC, then switch to my phone when I cook dinner, when I come back to my PC, the headphones are disconnected and when I connect them again it will play sound for 1 second then tell me "power on... connected" like it wasnt already on and connected, it will do this multiple times a day. and taking 1 minute to show up on output device when it's already connected by Bluetooth. App doesn't work, sits on update forever

Update: it's been one year and I still have issues. Nobody has reached out to me. Do not buy their headphones if you want to use any of the sound features because you won't be able to access them or reach customer support. -100 stars Review from February 2022: My earbuds connected easily and automatically to the app the first time. The app worked when it was installed but every time I've launched the app since, I have had to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work. Every time.
