I think it's a good workout. I'm starting back after a long time of no exercise, so hard to tell. Some things are confusing, eg I'm apparently 1% in a 7-monyh challenge, but have no idea what that is. Good luck hitting a goal you're unaware of. Also, I'm on a 4-day a week program, but "streak" seems based on days in a row (not planned sessions) so it's always a 1.

This is a great little app for inserting some physical exercise in the busy lifestyle. the newer version is even better in design, with new fun workouts in the free plan. if you can keep consistent for certain time, it unlocks a paid exercise, in addition to the daily 1 free exercise. For commentators, I loved the drill sergeant and the marshall art coach! Over all, I like this app, I use it pretty regularly and would certainly recommend giving a shot to it.

My favorite so far! I paid for FitOn for years, but it was too advanced as I've been sedentary, have no health insurance, perimenopause, and can't afford healthy food. *Had to revise down. I'm HYPERMOBILE. Many of these exercises are too much for me to start out with. They cause lots of pain. I suggest trying the Get Strong vs Get Fit option & make a few other adjustments. I wish more companies had hernia & hypermobility options. I still like the app so far and choose it over the others.
