Worst experience ever. They asked for all of my BioData. When I provided all the information and decided to log in when the account was made, their Ai bot system didn't just block me, it completely locked me out, flagged my email account, and flagged my IP address. Even though there was no wrong password attempt like it claimed there is. Each and every letter was input correctly. Their staff does nothing, I've tried for months, don't bother sending a complaint email, just delete the app.

I moved my data to a new phone. On the older phone, I had biometric login so had not entered a password recently. Apparently, trying to reset a password will lock you out of your account. Contacted support. They said they are unlocking my account but will need re-verification. Life is too short for these shenanigans. A payment platform that can "lock" you out of your account for something as simple as resetting a password is not worth having. Uninstalled it and won't be coming back.

I have been an active Payoneer account holder since 2017 with all account documentation fully verified and up to date. Recently, I noticed that the "Request a Payment" option is no longer available in my account dashboard. Additionally, my clients are currently unable to send payments to my account. ​My account verification center shows that all documents are complete and approved. I have previously reached out regarding this issue but have not yet received a response.
