Further to my previous posts, see below, this app now wants to know my age and those of my companions. This is crazy, I only want to buy a railway ticket! Time to close the account I think. Other issues: preferences no longer saved, itinerary for a journey doesn't show times of arrival or departure for each leg, slow to load and often crashes and the fact this used to be free, now we have to pay an Admin booking fee and in addition we get ads too.

My recommendation, delete the app and use the local platforms. I don't see the point of charging extra for a service that lacks actual customer service, you should have an active chat or phone specially in Italy where I book a first class train and there's no first class in the train and I need to send an email and wait who knows how much for a refund, if I want that I prefer to go with the local option. I really like your ux but that is nothing if you charge a fee for a poor customer service.

Hey guys, I've waited a very long time before writing something, thinking you must have a whole lot of stuff to work out. But, the app is really awful, I've not managed to use it once without a problem. Either it's 'no connection' while I'm totally online, or it's just an 'oops something went wrong'. And this happens whether I'm searching for a journey or looking at my account. You say we have no choice but to switch to the new app but the new app is not working. Can you please fix the product?
