Ratings and reviews

If you have no issues and problems, the bank is fine. However, if you have any sort of issue, which will eventually happen, the bank is extremely unreliable and do not provide adequate support or help. When there were unauthorized transactions from my account, the bank took days to respond and actually review the case. They did not provide any refunds whatsoever and didnt take responsibility. I would not recommend and would great advise to instead stick to the main bank providers.

N26 suddenly locked out of my account citing I need to change my password for security reasons but I never received the email. I sent them all the documents via customer support chat and they didn't respond, even after 2 months and multiple follow ups. I reopened the case via the chat and after multiple attempts I still can't log in because their system is just broken. I am not receiving password change emails, they want me to do certain actions in the app that I can't, etc.

Since the latest update, I can't use the phone to confirm transfers anymore that I trigger from the website. It bugs and throws an error "something went wrong, please try again". One time I briefly saw a message popup on the phone "shortcut not available". Love this bank app. Most favorite features are that you get a notification for each and every transaction, dividing your income into Buckets (which they call Spaces) automatically, and lastly having a one page overview of your money.
