Worst app on the market!!!!!! I cannot connect my JBL Wave 300 TWS. I have invested more than 3 hours in connecting, disconnecting, restarting everything possible, reinstalling the app and what not. Guess what - absolutely nothing works. Honestly, I would give you a 0 when there was one. It's really sad because the headphones are actually good, but I don't think I will purchase anything else from the brand if this problem goes on. 😡

The app won't allowe me to customize my headphones. It detects and connects with the headphones but i can't do much more then delete them again. I tried tapping on the icon, holding it or searching for another way to get access but when kicking on "App features" i only get redirected to a website telling me to download the app(?) I would love to use the app since the idea of it is really helpful but like that I'm just not able to use it at all.

Ok I guess. It takes forever to register that the earbuds are connected, even when I'm listening to music with them. Playback gestures are pretty garbage too. Double tap, triple tap? Good luck! You'll spend so much time trying to make it work (and rectifying the outcomes of misunderstood gestures) that you may as well have just pulled out your phone and pressed the button yourself.
