Most of the time it doesn't work. it's so awful compare to another apps in the market. Even when I want to swap between 2 cryptos, it takes a long time to approve it and appears on my dashboard while I don't have this issue in another platform. Trading in this business works base on seconds and moments. Unfortunately most of the time the network is busy and doesn't work. Instead of saying some excuse, improve it.

The service was founded almost 10 years ago and it is still super unstable - wallets are not available few times a week, sometimes it is even not possible to logging to the app. I can't add a card to buy currency or even to withdraw my money (there is a lifetime limit). Bank transfer option is available only in US. So it seems like I won't be able to get my money back and support just sends me links to different articles. I should have read the comments before using the service. Ticket #2282333

On iOS everything works fine. But I can't log in on my Android device. The App tells me, that they send a e-mail to confirm. But I never received one. Once I typed send again, they say 'sending was not possible'. I basically dont understand this kind of behavior. Please Fix It! Otherwise I will switch to another platform / wallet in the long term.
