Trouble logging in. I logged in first with email address and password and gave my credit card info. It promised not to charge. Got in but the app I wanted to use inside wouldn't load up. Went out and now it wants my credit card info again. Is it supposed to ask every time? Now it says it is a 5 day trial and then will start charging. I don't recall that at all the first time I logged in. Also noticed it prechecked the box to buy games I don't want. How do I cancel?

Sorry, we think there might be some misunderstand. Miraplug is an all free app, we would not cost any extra fee from our user. We suspect you may wrong click the ads in MIraplug app, and pay for them. Please check your receipt and ask the ads provider refund.

Had it up and running in five minutes. Plugged in, downloaded mira plug software, allowed bluetooth (so tv sound works), done. All i would say is, make sure you use a 5V 2A plug. Don't try Netflix, etc because they don't allow casting to second device, which isn't this product's fault. Best £15 I've spent. Perfect for occasional watching with phone internet when you don't have home broadband, which is who this is aimed at.

has ADS (Google) which wasn't disclosed. App needs to run offline ans it needs work. I think I still have an ISP tool somewhere for a PC, I might use that to FW update a device instead.
