A useful app, I use it every day. But if you need anyything account-related (login, add/change a payment method, manage settings etc) you get thrown into the wasteland of RMV website: tons and tons of text, trashy links, options that dont work, incomprehensible set up of menus, literally a trip back to the 00s. Come on RMV, get out of the stone age. edit: as of 10/2025 nothing has been fixed. App has now stopped working since several days & shows no routes. Logged out and now can't log back in.

what did you do guys? Since more than 40 days I can't use the app, even updating it, or reinstalling it. I see from another comments that's why you banned its use for foreign IP. Is it so difficult for the IT guy that banned foreign IPs to reactivate it????

It is a mixed bag. Buying tickets is simple and reliable, though I'd prefer to use Google Pay rather than PayPal. Platform information was inaccurate on the first occasion I needed it and meant I left half an hour late. Trains are generally reasonable value.

Dieses Update verbessert die Ansicht für Ihr Deutschland-Ticket-Abo und erweitert die Routenübersicht und die Verbindungsdetails um weitere Funktionen. Neu ist zum Beispiel die Anzeige tatsächlicher Abfahrtszeiten, wenn ein Fußweg zur Haltestelle führt, sowie die Anzeige der Geschäftsgebiete der Sharing-Anbieter.

Zusätzlich haben wir Fehler behoben und die Stabilität weiter verbessert.
