I feel that the software is not fully integrated. There are too too too many sub menus across the app. the options and such, can and should be combined and condensed. It would also be helpful to separate hardware, software, and operations into their own columns/screens. Easily combining users and owners together would be appreciated as well. In my opinion I believe an outside source to read and evaluate the wording throughout the app would be super useful. it seems there is a disconnect of words

The only thing that bugs me is that the device only records movement when I am actively using the app and not passively when a person or pet walks by. At that point it's not necessary to record because I've personally seen it rather than being able to look back to see what happened when the device was idle.

Completely unable to register an account. Whenever I attempt, the "intelligent detection" fails to work. I'm assuming it's some sort of captcha, but it never loads. Attempted uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. The device I bought is currently an expensive paperweight. Please fix this.
