Watch is great. App is horrendous. When syncing, the step count and other data is sometimes only fraction of what was actually covered. It may later catch up on the next sync, or the next day, or not at all! I can see Google Fit is getting its data so it's not my phone or watch. The menu layout is poor as well; I have a social media link (don't care), an offer to buy stuff (don't need), and THEN I have the various settings I do care about, which one has to swipe to see.

It doesn't connect to my watch anymore. It stopped working properly a few updates ago and it can't even sync with my watch now. That means it won't read the steps I take every day or calories i burn, but most importantly I CAN'T EVEN SET THE TIME. The watch is so depenent on the app that is is useless without it. I contacted customer service and did what they asked for, which solved nothing. They say they can't offer any other help. Now I just have a 300€ paperweight.

I've been using this app since 2018 and it used to be good, but now it's slow, things don't load and I have to keep refreshing or closing and opening the all. The main thing I care about is the sleep tracking and most of the time it doesn't show but when it does and I click on a date to see more nothing loads half the time it's just awful to use. The watch on the other hand is great, music control always works but the app has only gotten worse.
