Ratings and reviews

Edit #2: Changing back to 4 star rating. They did gradually deteriorate - there were breaks in service for a day, then a week, a month. Then when I had a refund to an old card, they were processing it for 5 or 6 months, but they always emailed that they didn't forget about it, and eventually credited it. Now, at the beginning of 2025 the services started working again, and I just was able to spend the remaining amount. At least they didn't disappear or steal anything, which is honorable!

After years of trying to use the service. First year it worked. Then they started pausing cards for months. Now it's not working, they've just my $20 and another $10 are frozen. Can't withdraw, birth cards not working (but payed for). Support is not doing anything to help.

I lost my old mobile phone, and when I try to log in using my new device, I receive an error message saying “Something went wrong.” I previously sent an email regarding this issue on August 21, 2024, but unfortunately, it has not yet been resolved. I kindly request your assistance in restoring my access to my Pyypl account as soon as possible.
