The android-app is completely useless. Uploading files is a mission, nearly never works the first time and trying to download a picture back to your device takes forever and them "times-out". Sadly I paid for the year, but will not renew. Not worth the hassles. The whole app is in need of some rework, it is very slow to open as well.

Joined 2019, left 2025. I was charged $100 at annual renewal, despite cancelling months prior. I contacted support, and they just pointed to their no-refunds-for-renewals policy repeatedly. Their justification for this policy? "Netflix did it first". I eventually got refunded, but the effort I expended to do so would be unreasonable for most working adults. Until they correct the policy itself, don't give this company your payment info. Grace periods and prorating shouldn't be this contentious.

This app needs a lot more polish to make it on-par with Dropbox! The Camera upload feature can only select a top-level directory, but not a subdirectory. The "Manage Upload" view is useless, as uploads are sequential. The upload progress bar is all over the place 0%, 35%, 18%, 35%, 78%, 40%, 99% (or is the app uploading the same photo multiple times?). I am not able to create directory while SHARING to Sync. The app works but a fair bit of work to improve the experience
