I’ve been unable to update the Wallbox software since installing it in August. The Bluetooth connection doesn’t work, and the hotspot method for updates fails as well. Despite being only 15 feet from a top-of-the-line, high-speed router, the Wallbox cannot connect. Additionally, the auto unlock feature doesn’t work; when I connect the charger to my car, it doesn’t start charging at the scheduled time as expected. Incredibly frustrating.

With the advice of the installer, I was able to set up a personal account without any problem. The app allows me to start and stop charging easily. Unfortunately, there is a major problem attempting to invite another user. I can send the invite, the additional user then scans the QR code on the charger to receive a message that the charger is linked to another account and won't let the user proceed further. I sent a request to support regarding this on 5/11/25, but have not received a reply.

Thanks for your review! To add another user, they just need to accept the invite you sent — they shouldn’t scan the QR code, as that’s only for first-time setup.

Product is rubbish. $1800 with solar accessories and you only get 2 year warranty. 3 months out of warranty and they wash their hands. Apparently the new ones are 3 years. Like I would buy another one. Works out at $600 per year.... App is horrible to use. Updates can leave you unable to charge for a week. Even though it's connected to wifi you need to be close to use bluetooth to log in.... Most useless piece of junk... Will be changing for a different system as soon as possible
