Aweful. Appears to be fraudulent. Informed me that they will be charging fees for inactivity (who does that??) and since I am unable to login to my account. The verification code for first verification always comes, all further emails (verification links, password reset confirmation) never get through. Support is unavailable. Think twice before signing up.

The app does not offer any sort of physical support and its only online, one incident due to technical issues i couldn't check my pin for two days and was unable to purchase anything. On the second incident this week, they randomly suspended my account and asked me to contact customer support which is only either email or inapp chat, i was stuck in the middle of shopping because they needed a security check. With no prior notice and no phone number to call. The idea of the app is nice. But avoid depositing big sums

I was unable to log in even if I knew the password. (Now it is solved!) I clicked on "send recovery link" and I didn't receive it. The app works very very slow. Very high commissions on ATM withdrawals and also for sending a european bank transaction. Very unsatisfied. There are better options. Also charges monthly fee and the BTC commission clients receive using the Visa is very low.
