Used this bank for 2 years. Things are ok until they aren't. When you have problems, support is useless I set up a monthly recruiting transfer. The app instead sent it twice on the same day. Support didn't help me and recommended me to "seek assistance from local authorities". Now I can't even disable that recurring transfer, because the payments list doesn't open.

I was unable to complete the authentication process: my internet connection is excellent the app failed to send my information to check. The app keeps "uploading" but nothing happens. Update: I sent a message to the customer service, we will see. Update 2: Uninstall. Restarted my phone Installed the app again. What else can we do? Update 3: Can not complete my registration. Can not delete my uncompleted account.. Asking me to confirm the email that I am actively using to communicate. WoW.
