Ratings and reviews

I was unable to complete the authentication process: my internet connection is excellent the app failed to send my information to check. The app keeps "uploading" but nothing happens. Update: I sent a message to the customer service, we will see. Update 2: Uninstall. Restarted my phone Installed the app again. What else can we do? Update 3: Can not complete my registration. Can not delete my uncompleted account.. Asking me to confirm the email that I am actively using to communicate. WoW.

I use the app and the service for three years now. In the beginning it was good, later my experience deteriorated - the conditions were becoming worse, free services were turning paid, the cashback program was way less profitable over time. A month ago my account got blocked, without providing me the reason, and I couldn't get any help from the bank regarding my next steps, nor any explainations. The support keeps saying to wait for an email, which I never received. Would not recommend.

Used this bank for 2 years. Things are ok until they aren't. When you have problems, support is useless I set up a monthly recruiting transfer. The app instead sent it twice on the same day. Support didn't help me and recommended me to "seek assistance from local authorities". Now I can't even disable that recurring transfer, because the payments list doesn't open.

What's new

VIVID BUSINESS

You can now pay salaries in bulk using an XML-file exported from DATEV, Personio or any other HR admin software.

A dashboard is now available. Keep an overview of balances across accounts, cash flow, and all important tasks pending approval.

Both updates are currently available only in the web application.
