Ratings and reviews

- Cannot create an account, after putting my infos and uploading an ID document, the app puts me back at the beginning, I tried 4 times. - Unable to resume an ongoing subscription request on phone; redirection to a blank page with an orange icon and the message "An error has occurred. We are experiencing a technical problem. Please try again."

For some unknown reason, I am unable to reset my password digitally despite following all the instructions and entering the right code from the SMS I recently. It has been a week now, and I have no access to my bank account on internet or through the app on my smartphone. I tried to contact Fortuneo. There is no means to even send them an email or a chat. I called for more than 10 times over a week. I waited for 41 minutes with a vocal message saying that they will take my call but nothing happ

If you have trouble accessing the application on your phone, confirm the verification email on your phone instead of your computer. I explained this problem to customer service 10 times over 6 months. They couldn't solve it. I couldnt use the application on my phone for the first 6 months. After confirmation of the mail from my phone, it worked well.
