Rakuten has gone down the drain and has become quite literally, mostly a waste of one's precious time. Continually in the middle of shopping trips I am kicked out and given an "access denied error. Extremely aggravating, especially for tedious shopping trips. It happens ALL THE TIME the past few months. Or when it finally it does let you back in, the check out button doesn't work. What a joke. I'm now to the point where if it happens one or two more times I'm going to be done for good.

I appreciate getting cash for buying something I would get anyway... However, I "referred a friend" and the $30 reward showed up in my account for one day, and then it was taken away without explanation!! I tried to reach out to customer service - but despite explaining the situation multiple times on multiple customer service platforms; I received no assistance. Totally disappointing and lame.

I loved this app at first buy over the past year, they have shorted me on almost EVERY purchase! Now they have put cash back in my account and then taken it back out a week later, multiple times! Especially if it is a large amount. I'm currently in dispute with them for taking my $24 dollar cashback from my groupon purchase they said had exclusions but didn't fall under any of the exclusions on the list. Triple check your cashbacks because they are definitely not running this app honestly.
