Very frustrating. it doesn't remember where you were up to in the programme and starts at the beginning every time. I have to scroll to locate my place, and watch a bunch of adverts before I can even confirm I'm at the right place. if I'm wrong, more scrolling and more adverts. it's taking 3 - 5 minutes before I can start watching again, every time! I'm trying to watch 10 - 20 minutes here and there on my break, and spending more time scrolling and watching ads than the programme

Can't resume where you pause, you get a blank screen or play arrow, but you only restart from beginning, but only after closing. Likewise withe the constant buffering (which doesn't occur with the other 3 TV channel apps). Generally not user-friendly across the app so much so that even watching endless repeats on BBC is more desirable. Constantly demanding email verification despite a number of confirmation mails. Despite a number of updates no improvements in 2 months!

Not sure what ITV did to this app, but it’s now a nightmare to use. It no longer remembers which episodes I’ve watched or where I left off. Every time I open a show, it starts from the beginning. I have to scroll to find my place, sit through ads just to check, and if I’m wrong—more scrolling, more ads. It takes 3–5 minutes just to resume watching. I’m trying to enjoy one episode, but the app makes it feel like a chore.
