Ratings and reviews

Could be a lot easier to use. E.g drag and drop for moving devices between groups etc rather than hunting through the app to figure things out that aren't done often. App keeps freezing when in a list after unlocking phone, and now there's a big space at the bottom of the screen on lists so it looks like there are only a few items on the list. Rubbish that a big company like Amazon can't create a usable app.

I only use this app because lists can be shared with others. Instructions for alarms are too complicated. Lists are too clunky; take ages to open, you can't copy from one to another, you can't delete a list or select list items for bulk deletion. The whole app closes down when you switch to another app, so you have to reopen (see remark about taking ages). Really could do so much better.

It's so difficult and long winded to navigate, especially when trying to just turn down the volume of a device. Nothing loads on it properly anymore either. I can read the writing but there's no cover photos for anything when trying to select something to listen to. With every update this app just gets worse and worse. How can a big company like Amazon make such an awful system.
