so very disappointed! I used this app for my kids birthday invites last year and it was brilliant. Decided to use Canva ai for this year's, it was difficult to have it do what I want, but finally got it sorted. Was about to order 50 invitations when I realised it had given one of the characters 3 arms! But it will not correct the mistake unless I pay for the ai premium!! I didnt make the mistake but I have to pay, in addition to paying for the invites for the app to fix its own mistake!

The single worst app experience ever. Navigation is awful, usage is completely opaque. Costs depend on half a dozen factors — none are shown before generating. A Percentage display tells me nothing. No way to know how many generations left until I already run out. Unfriendly, unintuitive, frustrating. Even using standard images I still somehow ran out of my PRO allowance (A paid plan) after barely 20 images. Its all the more frustrating because the images are good. Will not renew after trial.

This used to be a good, easy to use app. Sadly, now, it's slow, crashes, loses work, tells you it's offline when it isn't, the video editor is incredibly frustrating and takes an hour+ to do what used to take 15 minutes, the toggle to turn this off just does not work. It can be incredibly slow and everything is based around AI now with no option to opt out. They're bringing in tiers of subscriptions to limit what we previously had access to, forcing me to cancel my subscription. Such a shame!
