My trial clearly showed it was valid until 31 August, yet ClassPass charged me AED 349 at 6am on 31 August. I planned to cancel that day after using my remaining credits, but customer service then told me that if I use credits on the final day, they count as the next cycle and I may lose my refund. Extremely confusing and unfair. Do not get sucked into this app without reading every detail. In my experience, it is not worth the hassle. A lso they have a fake customer service email.

Its a scam, you can't book anything with the free trial. I was injured and needed to freeze my membership. due to bad customer support I've been charged £135 with nothing to show for it. Their support team is awful. The communication is non existent. They say things have been done in the account and they have not. I ended up wasting hours trying to recover payments taken during a time I was injured. still not reimbursed. Avoid this app!

This app is absolutely predatory. I signed up for the free trial and barely any classes were available in it so I ended up not attending any. I then couldn't cancel the app. The cancellation flow makes you click cancel a total of 5 times before finally redirecting you to a page that loads indefinitely. Their "customer service" is an AI chatbot that keeps directing you to the cancellation page despite telling it it's broken, and there's no way to remove your payment method from the app.
