Ratings and reviews

On first premise this looked good. Lots of options and I had none of the issues others have reported around connecting to their PC - all worked great for me. Ultimately I ended up cancelling during the free trial because I couldn't use it for what I intended - OBS integration will only work (according to their documentation) if you have OBS running at its default installation folder. I use a different drive for my apps, and it just wouldn't work for me. So, I tried, but it failed. :(

Unreliable - Constantly disconnects from PC sometimes in the middle of use rendering it useless. It's an excellent idea, and a great alternative to the Stream Decks but only if it worked as well as they do. Would consider using the app if connection could be relied on (Bluetooth to the PC instead of WiFi for example) but as app stops functioning on disconnection do not use in any situation where you depend on it.

figured I would get it but the sync issues are terrible and after I set it all up, it all vanished. I had a back up but it didn't matter. Then I tried to uninstall it and reinstall and start over and it was having issues installing. Gave up and removed. Glad it had a trial period. Next I will try the Touch portal since it's cheaper. I thought the name elgato would mean something with how everyone hyped them but no.

What’s new

This update is like organizing your desk: not very exciting, but you'll appreciate how much nicer everything feels. We made some bug fixes and performance improvements.
