Ratings and reviews

Well, we were back up to 5 stars, but back down to three now. I just had ANOTHER booking where a page refresh pushed out the search dates from this week to next week, and I lost £107 on a non-cancellable booking made 2 days ago where I definitely selected the correct date. this has been happening for years. I usually spot it, but sometimes you're in a rush and money goes down the drain. Flashing and refreshing as the payment goes through on the app, and no clear message for successful completion

Booked a hotel and selected breakfast but when I got to the hotel they said it wasn't included. Checked the confirmation email and it said nothing about it. Spoke with customer services and they just gaslit me and said I must not have selected it, even though I could have booked it there and then and got the same rate including breakfast. I showed them screenshots of this but they weren't at all helpful. Would never use any of the Expedia group again. Check out trust pilot reviews - 1.2 stars!

Works very well, some prices are cheaper in this app than on the Web. I haven't found a way to make the app forget what I asked about, so I'm still getting almost daily prompts for a trip I don't want. For confirmation of my booking they used my Expedia email from a decade ago, it was pure luck that I saw it, so 3 stars only.
