Useless, slow, avoid. I tried using a carpark, the ticket machine wasn't working and the only option was this POS, first off it wouldn't find a location, then it wouldn't let me buy a ticket for the location. On top of this it charges a convenience fee to use it, rip off. I'll be contacting the carpark operator with my views on their machine, and this software.

sat here waiting ages for a replacement password for my account while I'm trying to pay for parking. end up getting sent on a relentless loop and unable to fix issue. have had this issue several times when trying to get into my account. also when paying by an alternative method payment fails, and then goes through slowly, risking double paying. horrendous. the worst parking app there is.

Absolutely avoid this app. It's riddled with bugs, constant error messages and broken features. The only thing it did reliably was take my money. After I paid, it couldn't even display my parking ticket, leaving me with no proof I'd paid. Other people in the same car park had exactly the same problem and couldn't verify their parking either. Completely unreliable, not fit for purpose, and should not be trusted.
