installed the app because the web experience was pretty poor. the app is no better. I've needed to book three separate stays for my cat in the next couple of months. firstly, many pages refer to it as "dog boarding", when his profile has him as a cat. there's also no page that shows your bookings, you just have to go into your messages. filtering and sorting results when searching for a sitter is pretty lacklustre - why can't I filter by price, or sort by distance?

A great app for finding dog sitters. However, I am only interested in finding a sitter who already owns a dog. Please could you add this as a filter? It would make my searching so much more pleasant and easier. Please could you allow sorting of the list by distance. I know this can be done on the map, but I find it easier working with the list. Added note: It would also be useful for me to add digsitters to a Favourites/Wishlist and then to be able to view just those that are my Favourites

Bad. I had a client request and rover is not only charging them a large booking fee but it also takes about 10% of your overall payment too so they take money from both sides!!! Ultimately because of the large service fee and the overall cost of the booking (which they were fine with my prices) just the additional fee w rover they decided to go off site. Terrible app to use for booking. You can't even send them your number to Alternatively do it privately instead. Going to use a different app.
