Ratings and reviews

Cons: 1. Spams on email and push notifications. Can't remove them without removing the useful notifications, like when you pay. 2. Slow loading and frequently updating. 3. Higher than others fees and rewards (conversion, sending, staking etc), as well as hidden fees. E.g. my card was charged 5$/mo due to inactivity. The levels/ badges they give, reset if you don't keep doing the quests. Pros: 1. Nice UI, game-like experience. 2. Good deals from time to time.

I'm new to trading and and I began with 5€ buying ETH. When I sold the amount I had the next moment the minimum that I could buy was 25€. The support doesn't know anything. Plus now that I believe that the problem is about the 25$ sign up bonus, I can't get any reply from the support team. Furthermore, if I want to withdraw the money that I have in the app the minimum withdraw is 85€. That is a joke. The money that I have in my account is not a lot but why lose it like that. Don't use it!

4 separate time I've tried buying crypto, but there's always a "technical error". This is the only app that does it. Pointless to try and trade anything on this app currently. Edit: there is no point. I know where it's going. "It's not our fault". Only app moving at a snails pace. CB is working fine.
