Ratings and reviews

Some of my quest tasks' progress weren't saved when I closed the app. For example, I did an 8 hr lesson and (I swear) I got 2 out of 5 stars, then I left for about an hour and half waiting for the energy to recharge. But when I returned, the progress was just a bit above 1 star! There's also one time I got thrown back into the conversation before the task even started. Not reducing the time limit, but still a waste of real life time.

I really love this game, but I'm very disappointed because I can't play anymore. The game keeps getting stuck on the loading screen. On the rare occasion that I manage to get into the game, but I can't log in with my Facebook account, even though all my progress is linked to it. I was already in Year 5, so I'm really worried about losing my account. I've tried reopening the game several times, but it just gets stuck on the loading screen again. Please fix this issue as soon as possible 😭🙏🏽

energy gets a little annoying and there's like 10 events always going on at the same time, but the story is interesting and customization is always expanding. Sometimes when starting a quest I'll spend energy then leave and come back and it makes me restart the quest all over, ive been halfway in an 8 hour event and it erases all effort put in, very annoying.
