The Amazon Relay mobile app is for carriers, owner-operators and drivers who want to manage their Relay freight on the go. From the grocery store checkout line to the parking lot of fuel stop, carriers and owner-operators can use the app to book and manage loads anywhere they get a phone signal. And truck drivers can use the Relay app to find the safest route for their Amazon cargo, along with site-specific information about facilities that makes entry faster.

This app is the most ridiculously self sabotaging piece of trash anyone has ever developed. If a load is ready to be picked up, even if you are on the page to pick it up, it will spam you with so many notifications, that the app itself just stops working and forces you to close it out, and then has the audacity to lecture saying, "ya know, you really shouldn't close the app while you're working a load 😶"

This app is named relay somehow ironically similar with rely, because you can't rely on it, navigation is working only when Amazon developers feel generous that day, app crashing, navigation work sometimes, indications feels like the app is trying to sabotage you, you have to go to see your weekly schedule to see the drop and collection vrid's numbers, if you need some support they have some useless FAQs and you can leave some feedback, very supportive when you need help...

Usually the app works well. As another user said after the last 2 updates were now unable to get past the select trailer (just a white blank screen), meaning we cannot get to the next screen to complete the work.
