​The app takes a very long time to open, and then it stays stuck on "Connecting..." forever. Even after opening a chat to make a call, it gets horribly laggy and stuck. On top of that, there are way too many ads! When I disconnect a call, the app refuses to close and the call screen doesn't disappear for a long time. My internet connection is extremely fast and all other apps work smoothly, so this is definitely an issue with imo itself. very bad experience 😠😡

It was very good in the starting. And the voice and vedio was very clear and good. But after a while it started glitching for no reason. The adds are not the problem. There is some wierd inappropriate chat group, and notifications that keeps coming up. No matter how many times I have removed or blocked it. And also now the vedio and audio glitches and I can only hear the other called 30secs to 1 min through the call and later it just glitches cannot hear or see the other person. Please fix this

i used to rely heavily on IMO for international calls, but the calling quality has consistently deteriorated to the point of being unusable. It's incredibly frustrating when you're trying to have an important conversation and the audio keeps cutting in and out, sounding robotic, or just completely dropping the call altogether. I've tested it on strong Wi-Fi and mobile data connections, and the problem persists regardless. My contacts on other apps sound crystal clear under the same conditions.
