App keeps saying it's not responding, it keeps popping up over and over again every time i log on even when I log off and aren't even on the app it appears on my phone screen, it does it on business and normal bank app no matter how many times I clear the cache or log out or uninstall it and restart it all again which is a real pain in the arse when you are trying to run a small business and your bank doesn't deliver despite taking fees every month, PLEASE FIX!!

I have used this app since it's inception, generally it works very well but over the last year the cheque pay in service has deteriorated badly. Every time I attempt to pay a cheque in the app closes between 4-5 times and I have to log back in before successfully completing the transaction, why??

It has been impossible to deposit a cheque through this app for over 8 months now. All & every attempt simply errors with "There was a problem reading the image" This is literally what I use the app for now all local Lloyds have been shut, making deposits difficult. How has this not been sorted in such a long time? Samsung S21 ultra phone.
