Follow the best and well known training programs to gain strength, build muscle, and lose fat. This app is like a strength and muscle building coach in your pocket. It will let you know which exercises to do on which day, how much weight you need to lift for how many sets and reps and how much you need to lift.

The best weightlifting app around. Has everything that made the Stronglifts app great (they've copied the Stronglifts UI if we're being honest), but with the flexibility to run practically all well known training routines instead of just 5x5 exclusively. Also, premium can be obtained through a one time purchase, instead of an obscenely expensive subscription fee like Stronglifts. A clear winner.

I've tried lots of apps to track workouts, and most want you to share photos with hashtags and do free marketing for them, or splash the screen with "motivational" pictures and captions. Perseus doesn't do any of that. What it *does* do is give you a flexible and reliable way to track your workouts. I started using it because it has the GZCLP routine built in, making it really easy to start working out and seeing my progress over time. This app has kept me going to the gym!

Amazing app, updated constantly. Highly customizable. I couldn't live without it. Very functional for free but low one time pro cost so worth it compared to other apps subscription model. I've been through a few cycles of some included routines and have created my own, at the gym and with home equipment. If you can't benefit from this app you have other problems besides the app itself.
