I downloaded Panada Remit for an international transfer based on high ratings, but the experience was terrible. My transaction didn’t go through, and support promised to fix it in 1-2 hours—nothing happened. I contacted them again and was given a non-working UK WhatsApp number. Asking for a refund will apparently take over 2 weeks, and the agent refused to confirm or even introduce themselves. This feels shady and unprofessional. Avoid this app; it’s not worth the risk.

Payment transfer out is way easy, refund and cancel mode definitely not conveniently feasible, scroll high and low looking for the help desk for a cool chat is so finger friendly & a waste of time. Please kindly make take note.

I do not recommend this remittance any longer as I had already transfer to them yet even waiting more then 24 hrs the other party did not receive any funds. Worst of all there are not customer service to follow with us anymore when we have questions about our transfers. Previously there are options for us to communicate with them. Now totally gone in the app.
