I gave a bad review already which disappeared. So here it is again. This is not a free app. If you don't pay it has no use, especially if you lose your phone. You lose all passwords, nothing can be retrieved. So for transparency to users you should make clear it is a payment app and add the price to your add. I'm curious to see how many would entrust their personal details if you had marketed your app as a pay app. Surely you must profit from harvesting all this data from free subscriptions

They give you so many ways to recover, you are never without your passwords. Somebody designed a critical app that fits all the absent-minded, uninformed, non-technical users. I wouldn't trade this app for any of the other pw "boxes". New phone - no worries. Haven't created a pass-key (24 words} yet, still have options to recover. Very usable ui, and plenty of options to see your passwords any way you like, or not see them too.

Really satisfying and unreplaceable. Easy to use, simply and quick the synchro activity which you can perform both by the net and by wi-fi. Very good. Last point to test is the service level in case of assistance request. Hope it won't be ever necessary. January 2020 update: needed assistance for the family package, answer has been quick and highly respondent to the request. They do take care of you!
