Ratings and reviews

The app is not giving you the possibility to choose special meals. I wasted literally 3 hours of online research to get informed that on my 10 hours flight there is no possibility to choose special meals..... ?! Any other company i used before you even had this option the moment you have a flight or booking number without needing to wait 24 hours and then getting crazy because you don't know if there will be vegan food. Really bad managed!!!

Worst app ever. I was booked on Lufthansa by my cruise. I downloaded the app and it consistently crashes. I have to refresh multiple times. When I finally get to login in it keeps you on a login loop, but you never get to see your account. I got it to work once at 2pm PST time when everyonein Europeis asleep. This is such a frustrating app and the website is no better.

Vibe coded app probably. It wants me to add my contact info so i can manage my flight (i've provided all the info altready in the app). Anyway, when i do it it gives me error that i need to provide my passpor number. When I do that it gives me error I'm not allowed to change my personal data. All I can do then is click ok and go back to where I started...
